Services include but are not limited to concrete driveway building, patio construction, stamped concrete, sidewalk building, garage floors, retaining walls, pool decks, foundations, and concrete cutting.
All services are subject to a written agreement or estimate accepted by both parties prior to commencement of work. This website is informational and does not constitute an offer to perform specific services at a specific price without a written estimate.
Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on conditions observed at the time of the site visit. Changes in scope, unforeseen site conditions, or customer-requested modifications may affect the final price. We will notify you in writing before proceeding with any work that changes the original estimate.
Any prices, ranges, or cost references displayed on this website are general market estimates for informational purposes only and are not binding quotes. Your final price is determined by your written estimate.
Project start dates are confirmed in writing at the time of scheduling. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, material availability, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as early as possible if a rescheduling is necessary.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or within 48 hours of the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee covering costs already incurred by Florence Concrete. The specific terms for cancellation fees will be stated in your written estimate or service agreement.
Payment terms are stated in each written estimate or service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. Accepted payment methods will be specified in your agreement.
If payment is not received by the due date, Florence Concrete reserves the right to suspend or discontinue work, and may pursue collection of outstanding balances through appropriate legal channels. Customer is responsible for any reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, if applicable under South Carolina law.
Before work begins, the customer agrees to:
Florence Concrete is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by failure to meet these responsibilities.
Where required by local ordinance or regulation, Florence Concrete will obtain necessary building permits and include associated permit fees in the estimate. Permit timelines are outside our control and may affect the project start date. Work will not begin on permit-required projects until applicable permits are issued.
Florence Concrete warrants that work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Any specific warranty terms will be stated in your written service agreement. This limited workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, tree root intrusion, soil movement beyond normal seasonal variation, improper use, or modifications made by others after project completion.
